This data is used only to produce your deliverables. It is never used for any unrelated purpose.
• Order Fulfillment: To design, render, and deliver your customized 3D motion menu video assets within 24 to 48 hours.
• Communication & Support: To share project preview drafts, process your free revision requests, and deliver final video files via WhatsApp or email.
• Order Invoicing: To generate receipts and confirm transaction status.
• Your Proprietary Assets: All original dish images, recipes, and brand trademarks remain your exclusive intellectual property.
• Portfolio Showcase: We reserve the right to display the finalized 3D video menu in our portfolio or marketing showcases unless you explicitly request confidentiality in writing prior to project delivery.
• We implement industry-standard encryption and secure cloud storage to keep your submitted media and contact details safe from unauthorized access.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to third-party telemarketers or external advertisers.
• We use secure third-party payment gateways and verified cloud infrastructure to process transactions and host media assets securely.
